Gaëlle has more than 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, covering all key steps from first-in-human to pivotal clinical studies and registration. This includes project and cross-functional team management in an international environment for both big-pharma and CROs, and strong expertise in leading and executing clinical development programs in various therapeutic areas.

In her role as Director, Clinical Operations, Gaëlle oversees our clients’ clinical studies with respect to quality, timelines and budget. She provides direction, leadership and mentoring to the clinical operations team and ensures efficient, effective, and staff function to deliver to the highest quality projects to our clients.
